Bernard C. Jones, Jr. was admitted to the Mississippi Bar in 1984. Before entering law school, Bernard served as the Legal Assistance Coordinator for the Mississippi office of the Emergency Land Fund, a nonprofit group which provided education, loans and legal assistance to minority landowners in the south.
