I continue representing Debtors, who are average people who have usually been hit with bad situations, like job loss, medical treatment and the overwhelming bills or divorce. I continue to help them get relief from unmanageable debt in a number of ways, like debt workout or through the Bankruptcy Court with the filing of a chapter 7 or chapter 13 bankruptcy. I have 36 years experience in the Bankruptcy Court in Massachusetts and with the appointed chapter 7 and chapter 13 trustees in Massachusetts which helps when navigating the case through to its conclusion which is the discharge of the debt and a fresh start with a clean slate.
