Arthur E. Ray, Jr., the founding partner of Arthur Ray Law Offices, attended the University of Mississippi and graduated Cum Laude in 1963 with a Bachelor of Business Admin degree in Accounting, having been admitted as a member of the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi.
