My practice involves civil court cases in real estate, business transactions, contracts, construction, mechanic’s liens, collections, home improvement contracts, consumer protection, employment, independent contractor agreements, licenses, intellectual property, copyrights, trademarks and trade names, nuisance, fraud, business torts and government contracting and bonds. I handle cases in all of Maryland’s state courts, the District of Columbia Superior Court, and United States District Court for the District of Maryland.
