Partner Jason A. McGrath is licensed in Florida, North Carolina, Tennessee, & Federal Court. He’s a problem solver, a transactional attorney, a litigator, & draws on his roots as a (former) Assistant District Attorney. Jason handles a variety of matters, including but not limited to real estate matters & foreclosures; business & commercial law matters; and creditor – debtor disputes.
