John Faro

Mr. Faro is Boston born and educated. Prior to entering private practice he was the patent counsel for the Baxter Healthcare division in Miami, with responsibility for its diagnostic products division. While with Baxter, Mr. Faro also had responsibility for the Baxter Healthcare endoscopic products division in Stamford Connecticut. • In private practice, Mr. Faro has represented his former employer, Baxter Healthcare, IVAX Inc., C.R. Bard. Polaroid Corp., Meridian Diagnostics, Coulter Diagnostics, American Surgical Instruments, University of Florida (Gainesville, FL); and, a number independent inventors • Mr. Faro is competent to prepare complex patent applications in various sophisticated technologies, including the materials science, medical & diagnostic devices, engineering, alternative energy and computer sciences
