Sheri Tucker

I am a life-long experienced advocate for the elderly and people with disabilities. My practice areas focus on estate planning, elder law, and probate. My background and experience allows me to understand the importance of protecting family legacies for loved ones. I work with families who have a child with a disability aging into adulthood. I understand the challenges seniors and their families face with a diagnosis of dementia and Alzheimer’s. My goal is to help my clients and families prepare and plan for elder care issues. Estate planning is creating peace of mind with Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, trusts for wealth management, asset protection and creating Special Needs Trust. I am VA accredited.
